When will my order ship?

We usually need 1–2 business days to prepare your order because every item is made with love and care. Once it’s ready, we’ll ship it out right away!

Most orders arrive within 5–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships so you can follow its journey to you.

Do you offer gift options?

Yes! My photo magnets, travel tags, and prints make the sweetest gifts. If you’d like to include a special note or have it gift-wrapped, just leave me a message at checkout — I’ll make it extra special for you.

Do you accept bulk?

Yes! I’d love to help you create something special for events, gifts, or large orders. Whether you need a bunch of photo magnets, travel tags, or prints for a party, wedding, or business, I’m here to make it easy for you.

What kind of photos should I upload?

Clear, high-quality photos work best! Phone photos are absolutely fine — just make sure they’re not blurry or too dark. If you’re ever unsure, feel free to message me before you order — I’m always happy to help you pick the perfect shots.

Can I change my order after I place it?

I totally get it — sometimes we all change our minds! If you need to update your photos or details, please contact me immediately. If your order hasn’t been processed yet, I’ll do my best to make the changes for you.

However, once an order goes into production, changes aren’t always possible — but please reach out anyway! I’ll always try to help if I can. 💛

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Each product is custom-made just for you, so I’m not able to accept returns or exchanges. But your happiness is everything to me — if there’s ever an issue with your order, please reach out right away so I can make it right.
